Nurse’s house being raffled to help Duke Children’s patients
posted January 18th, 2010Venus Standard, a labor and delivery nurse, is working with a former patient's family to fight Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia. Standard's house in Chapel Hill is being raffled to benefit the Parker Reese Foundation.
Tickets are $10 each and the drawing will be held Feb. 27 at 12 p.m. The grand prize is the 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse. Second prize is $50,000 and third prize is $25,000.
