Coach P pep talk inspires employees at DUH

Joanne P. McCallie, head coach of the Duke women's basketball team, shared her philosophy of leadership and teamwork with DUH employees at a Jan. 27 service pep rally in 2001 North.

"I thought that Coach P was very real," said Edwina McCray of Neuroscience. "The tips that she gave were not only practical but also helped me to think about some creative ways to motivate my team."

Michele Ragland, School of Medicine-compliance, said the talk "was fabulous and inspirational. I learned several new motivational tools. I'm on Fire!"
