Melanie O’Brien, an audiologist, received a compliment from a patient’s parent.
“I like the way that Melanie spoke to my son about his hearing aids. She made him feel like a young man, by asking him lots of questions. She showed him how to open the aids and put the batteries in. She also let him put his hearing aids in by himself. She was a very pleasant person.”
