A patient's spouse had words of praise for Jack Snodgrass, respiratory care practitioner, Advanced Respiratory Therapy.
Jack was very attentive to what he was doing, explaining what and why. He showed compassion/concern for patient and family. We had complete trust in him. He was able and willing to answer questions. I feel what he does is not because it's his job, but, bottom line, he cares! Jack Snodgrass goes beyond the call of duty.
