Walk and rock

On Sunday, Sept. 28, you can walk to raise money for North Carolina organ transplant patients and rock to live music along the way.

The Triangle Transplant Walk & Rock starts at 2 p.m. at Duke’s Sarah P. Duke Gardens.

Advanced registration is $20; event day registration is $25. Participants who raise $100 or more receive a free T-Shirt.

All proceeds from the walk benefit the NC Transplant Foundation, which provides financial and emotional support to North Carolina’s wait-listed transplant patients and recipients.
